Hi there! Julie Lauren here today, and I’m so excited to talk about something that is very near and dear to me: meditation. If I’m being honest, I used to be a skeptic when it came to meditating. I had heard good things, but I didn’t truly understand how just 10 minutes a day could make THAT big of a difference in your overall well-being. Well, I was certainly proven wrong because now I can’t imagine a life without meditation.
