6 Surprising Ways to Use Activated Charcoal

Activated charcoal has been in use since at least 1550 BC. It is a potent natural remedy for a number of reasons, but primarily because of its astounding ability to bind to organic toxins, chemicals, and poisons so that they don’t cause harm to the body. Even emergency rooms keep activated charcoal on hand for detox purposes, but you can also keep it in your herbal stash for every-day uses like these:
